FUNCTION is not just another gym, FUNCTION is a republic of strength, fitness and wellbeing offering the highest standard of functional training to groups and individuals of all abilities and ages.
FUNCTION combines a variety of training styles, techniques and methods such as weights/strength training, high intensity interval training, Olympic weight lifting, aerobic fitness, circuit training, gymnastics and more. These methods are coached with enthusiasm, guidance and passion by our dedicated and knowledgeable FUNCTION team with the aim to motivate and help you achieve your personal targets and goals.
With the health and fitness industry continuing to grow as well as the confusion of what’s the right and wrong way to train, exercise and improve your health and fitness, FUNCTIONs mission is to bring together a vast variety of people, all of various ages, sporting back grounds and abilities and building a community of like minded strong, fit and healthy individuals by educating, empowering and helping develop members/clients to improve their strength and fitness as well as their overall quality of life, wellbeing and longevity.
This will be done using FUNCTIONs functional training style, coached in small groups or as individuals the high intensity programme follows a varying but structured, realistic but competitive and enjoyable training programme.
